Carolann Ransaw. Raised in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Where I developed my cooking skills at a young age in my mother’s kitchen. Growing up as a vegetarian in the days when it was not so popular, I was very conscious of the food I consumed at a young age. In 2008 she moved to Italy for five years and studied Italian cuisine through private lessons and courses at a very famous Italian cooking school. I just returned to NYC to work as a private chef for a family and private parties for various clients.
