Joséphine is the Founder and CEO of Sistech, a non-profit (previously known as Techfugees for Impact) empowering uprooted & displaced women in Europe through qualified and sustainable tech & digital jobs since 2018. As an expert on migrations and social innovation, she sits on the board of the Norwegian Refugee Council and acts as an informal expert for the European Commission. Nominated as one of the top “30 under 30 Social Entrepreneurs” by Forbes three times in a row, she has received many prizes and advocates for a more inclusive world in many high-level conferences such as SXSW, WebSummit, VivaTech as well as UNESCO’s annual meeting for education or UNHCR global compact.
