As the head of digital at Revlon, Elizabeth Arden and Estee Lauder, Swan was passionate not only about modernizing brands but also using digital to democratize beauty beyond traditional norms to include any size, shape, color or orientation. Her work with unexpected influencers (including Chelsea Handler, Iris Apfel and Gigi Gorgeous) and successful business turnarounds won her the Glossy Awards, CGT Visionary, Brand Innovators 40 under 40 and Marketing Woman to Watch. Previously, Swan was a consultant at Bain and graduated with BA in Economics from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia. Swan advises startups and sits on the boards of a variety of industry and philanthropic organizations including a space think tank. Having traveled to 75 countries, her favorites include Antarctica, North Korea, Mongolia, Rwanda, Bhutan, Myanmar and climbing Kilimanjaro.
