Almira has two decades of experience in risk and crisis strategy management, having worked as an advisor, board member and management, as well as having extensive Investment Committee experience. Currently she serves on the Supervisory Board of Humo, a digital bank in Central Asia with a focus on Microfinance as well as on the Board of Directors at Gojo & Company, which invests in companies at the intersection of financial inclusion and technology. Most recently, she was a senior executive in a global, fast-growing Web 3 financial services business and previously a Partner at FTI Consulting where she spent a decade and helped build and ran Global Risk and Investigation Practice in Europe, Central Asia and Africa. Almira is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
