Dr. Álvaro Salas-Castro is an expert in public-private partnerships, behavioral economics, collaborative governance and business in emerging economies, especially in the investment field. He has 15 years of experience in the world of consulting, teaching, research, equity investment funds, international business management, and cross-sector alliances. Currently, Álvaro holds the position of CEO/President at the Reynolds Foundation, a philanthropic private family foundation that manages 1 billion USD. He is a Visiting Professor at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York at the Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy where he teaches courses in Strategy, Alliances, and Behavioral Economics and Affiliate Faculty of the “Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration” program.
