As a consigliere in Silicon Valley, I support founders and CEOs through their most complex and pivotal moments, navigating everything from acquisitions to co-founder disputes and boardroom challenges. I have also served as the first General Counsel for both LinkedIn and the AI Company Nauto, Inc, as well as outside general counsel for several startups and as an investor and advisor. I am also deeply passionate about photography. As a former professional photographer, I continue to express my love for the art form by collecting contemporary fine art photography and through involvement with various museums in San Francisco.
