Political and institutional strategist, Joe Ross is a specialist in macro-level strategic innovation and positioning. He has worked in the capacity of Chief of Policy and Senior Advisor to several prominent institutions, foundations, and governments – among them: the City of San Diego, CA, the John F. Kennedy Center, the Tallberg Foundation, and most recently, PlaNet Finance.

He has extensive know-how in situational analysis and campaign development along with years of experience in strategic capacity building and positioning for non-profits, foundations, and NGO’s. He has designed successful strategies for institutional growth and increased mission effectiveness which permit organizations to evolve and better serve their core mission while adjusting and communicating to the changing marketplace of action and thought.
