Rae is passionate about facilitating community-based transformative experiences to address the social challenges of our times. She is a cross-sector leader with twenty years of experience providing strategic consulting and facilitation services to organizations of all sizes, including family and corporate foundations, leading nonprofits and a wide range of Fortune 500 corporations. As the first Head of Global Citizenship of Airbnb, she was responsible for activating all of the company’s assets for social good and launched their Diversity and Inclusion work. Before joining Airbnb, she was the Vice President of the Bay Area office of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA). A twenty-three year Burner, Rae was a Board Member of the Black Rock Arts Foundation, a founding Board Member of the Burning Man Project and a consultant to the organization.
