I belong to a family of Pioneers in Chile. On the 70’s my Grandfather founded CODELCO (the biggest Chilean state owned Copper mining Company). On the 80’s, my Father lead the proyect of the “Tree of Knowledge” with the world famous biologists Humberto Maturana and Francisco Varela. My sister, PhD. Isabel Behncke study the origin of play & lughter in Chimpanzees Bonobos in the wild Congo, supported by Oxford University, where I work as her research assistant for 6 month in the Jungle of Congo and colaborate with the software visualizations of social network analysis. As this ilussion of “Individual Ragnar Behncke” I create a new method of measure social interaction in Schools using high-tech. Then, I collaborate with Chilean Ministery of Education on the construction of a bridge between Research of Play Behavior and the importance of Play in Schools in nationwide, creating books, documentaries and Public Policies in Education. Since my 30’s I jump to entrepeneurship world to innovate in technologies for self-awarness and auto-organization (inspired on Cybersyn Proyect, Fernando Flores & Staffor Beer), creating an amazing bridge between cutting edge technology, education in adults and Organizational Development: Socialmap
